"Very affordable and Kearney is a Great Town with excellent schools. Alittle More Touch up of the Hallways and Handrails of all the Older buildings,plus hire someone just for that and Clean up trash washers and dryers. Also vacuumed On A Weekly Basis would Be An Excellent Service to an Already very valued and appreciated Residents."

"Went to go check out the place because they had an opening, got to view an apartment after months of calling and waiting because they were "not done cleaning it up yet" and walked into a feces stained carpet, random stained kitchen floor, roaches everywhere, a pungent smell that made my nose burn, and a broken thermostat? Also the doors looked like they were falling off the hinges and OH god don't even get me started on the bathroom. Disgusting. I'm not staying there, to say the least."

"Went to see the apartments and was completely let down by how poorly they were ran. I was called to look at them right after a tenet was moved out. The apartment has rips in the carpet, holes in the walls and ceilings, drawers and doors were ripped out and off the frames and belongings were left behind. They did not clear out the belongings and when asked if they were going to replace carpets and or doors and whatnot. I was told that they were not. The place was dirty and looked like they could have been infested. When inquiring about any possible pest problems I was asking how often they sprayed and when I was only trying to be nice by saying if I saw anything that I would let hime know, (thinking they would want to know so they could take care of the issue) the owner got an attitude with me and said "what are you trying to say? Just leave!" I then explained that I was not trying to be rude. And he said to call them back if I wanted a place. Needless to say I did not call them back. These were the worst Apartments I had ever seen and they do not keep up with them. Unless you want roaches, bed bugs, drug deals and an hard to deal with land lord. Don't move into these apartments."

"My mother just moved in to an apartment there yesterday. With her current situation, she didn't have much choice as to where she was going to live. Upon driving into the complex, they looked shoddy. Then, walking into the building and apartment unit, it was confirmed. Walls were filthy, carpets didn't appear clean and as we were cleaning, noticed roaches and roach casings. After she stayed there overnight, she realized that the apartment has been infested with roaches AND bedbugs. The manager yelled at her, telling her to get out. He accused her of bringing the bedbugs in. Hung up on her and said he was going to church. The fecal spots on the walls are evidence enough that they were preexisting. Now he says he will give her money back but she has to get out first. I think he wants to make it look like she is breaking her lease so he doesn't have to pay her. Sounds like a slumlord and if he can't do the right thing as a moral human being, sounds like he NEEDS Jesus, maybe more. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! The health department and Better Business Bureau need to be notified."
