"Amazing hotel. I had a work emergency and really needed a computer. Man at the front desk went and personally got his computer to let me use it. Was super supportive throughout. Even though the hotel was busy and guests were everywhere, he took the time to help me. That’s great customer service. Great hotel. Great management, highly recommend"
"Easy to get to right off the interstate. Restaurants close by both fast food and sit down. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were well kept but the walls and ceiling are very thin, you can hear what is going on in the room next to you and above."
"Hot tub out of order, which was fine but should have been noted on Website. We would have picked another hotel when booking as thatcwas a deciding factor in picking this particular hotel. Employee said it had been out for a l9ng time. Never saw a housekeeper in 3 days. Got conflicting reports as to when we would see one. Trash piled up in our room and we had to beg for fresh towels. Employees were unhelpful and rude."
"Mold in the bathroom. Carpet stained. Door lock was damaged. Hottub was out of order. Other guests were noisy. Guy at the front desk did not seem to care about any of these things. Will not stay here again."
"Quiet & nice place.. but FALSE ADVERTISING!! The pool isn't open because they don't have the heater on... Is what I was told.. (I'm not sure why they don't just turn it on!?) And the hot tub is not filled.. really brought my review down from what it could have been..! Open your pool and hot tub if you are going to advertise that you have these amenities!!!"
