"They need to inform the guest who come on this float to stop getting on people's dock down the river. It's public property we have had SEVERAL guests get on our docks and give us attitude about this . Idk about the company but if you are on this float respect people's property and houses and do not use their houses as rest markers!"

"The best part of the trip was the weather we had. Other than that, there were no markers on the river to indicate where we were with very little info given for a newcomer. When I did call for help at one point, the vibe I got was of nonchalance and “well let me know if you do get it out”. The river wasn’t kept up with removal of branches and trees, and anyone with information wasn’t too keen on being talked to."

"I went tubing with friends just last week. The staff at check-in, our driver, and the tube guy who met us at the drop-off point were all really friendly. We were offered to be tied together and were sent with rope in case we changed our mind. Based on other reviews, I knew to keep an eye out for the exit sign. It is big, but it is around a bend and sneaks up on you to the right side. No one from Brookdale was around when we got to the end so we dropped off our tubes by the life jackets and left. Easy time and very relaxing, but definitely keep an eye out for the exit point."

"I floated yesterday with a total group of 8. Without a doubt, the smoothest and most organized float trip I've ever been on. We were in the 10:30 time slot. We arrived at 10:00, as requested. We checked in, signed the waivers, and organized our coolers. Next, the owner announced we would be following the bus in our personal vehicles to a secondary parking lot right where the float ends. We left at 10:30 exactly. We followed, parked and then boarded the bus for a less than 10 minute ride to the put in. Bus driver was kind and very informative as to what we were doing. Once at Allenton Access, we unloaded our coolers from the bus and our two 6 person rafts were already on the ramp waiting for us. Both rafts were in good condition. We were in the water within 5 minutes of arrival. (The fastest I've ever loaded up on a float) After that, it was smooth sailing. The float itself was exactly 3.5 miles. The river was running quick, and our bus driver informed everyone of that fact. My group floated for close to 2 miles before stopping on the beach for roughly 4 hours. Overall, the 3.5 miles took us 7 hours because we stopped for a while. There were some great beaches to stop at especially towards the end of the route. We arrived at the exit at 5:30. The sign was easy to see and would be hard to miss. Here's the best part of the entire float... Once we exited the river, we cleaned our trash, grabbed our coolers and walked right to our vehicles. There was no secondary bus ride back to our cars. Very convenient and well thought through. As I said, by far the smoothest float I've been on. I'll definitely be returning in the future."
