"So if I have the option to Give A 0 star rating, I would first of all you're not going to speak to the horrible customer service. My girlfriend received when she went in there. But the reason I'm submitting this review is because they told my girlfriend to bleach her. Hair and then for her to come back when done to receive advice and help. In what product to purchase next? My girlfriend asked them. What time do you close? I don't want to walk around with bleached hair They told her eight o'clock When we returned at six thirty, the store was closed. So now she has to go around with bleached hair and she is a teacher that has to work in the morning. Everytime she goes there it's a problem. I hope nobody goes there. Save your self the headache, little girls too busy on their phones to know you need help. Don't care about their jobs. WORST PLACE EVER!!!"

"Went in there to get hair color for myself and my mom and the two ladies working the counter wouldn’t get off their phones to assist or walk the aisles. There was a blonde that also came in and she was stealing and I was going to say something to the associates but they never got off their phones the entire time we were there or removed themselves from the counter. Makes me really want to come back when customer service or awareness isn’t there"

"I left the store today with a rather disappointing experience. No one greeted me when I walked in (two employees behind the counter that only had 1 register), and no one asked at any time if I (or any of the customers who came in after) needed help. However, they enjoyed standing behind the register complaining about their schedule, their lack of hours, covid, the customer who “got on my last nerves”, and dislike for their manager. Not the level of professionalism I would expect from any business. Nor did they have the knowledge required to work in a beauty supply store- based on their conversation with a customer who got tired of searching and interrupted their conversations. Or, maybe they just didn’t want to engage in work related issues."

"In another person's review, it was referenced not to come here if you are black due to a "tone" given by the staff. I frequent this place often enough that I can say that I have not experienced a negative tone or interaction with their staff. As a matter of fact, they greet you and offer to help. They openly admit that COVID has delayed delivery to replenish their supply, but still give out great options. Of course it's pricey on some things and they don't offer alot of products for African hair, but they have lashes, hair dyes and they are knowledgeable."

"I was underwhelmed by how helpful the staff was. I asked about a specific type of hair dye and I was told, " I don't know anything about it - I just know it sells" and walks away. Now I have been going to Sally's for a few years now. I've had outstanding service most of the time. If the ladies at the counter didn't know, they were on Google with me looking it up and I have literally sat on the floor with them looking at the different shades and getting opinions on mixing and application. The girls that were up there a few weeks ago when I visited had the personality of wet dishcloths and hid in the back of the store most of my visit and I waited at the counter for 10 minutes before I saw one of them peek their head around the endcap, roll their eyes, and stomp up front. Like it was the mist inconvenient thing ever that I wanted to buy a bottle of hair dye and get out. I've worked retail, cashier, and customer service for upwards of 10 years. I hope they were just having a bad night. I get that - I'm giving 3 stars because of the previous ladies helping me so much when I went previously."
