Bump City at GAGE Center - Indoor Playground

"Our first time visiting, we came for open play. My niece loved it, but I wasn’t super thrilled. The girls at the front desk were nice, but their only concern was if we filled out the waiver. They didn’t care to ask if it was our first time or not and didn’t explain anything. It’s not secure as far as child safety; anyone could walk in, enter, or leave the play areas and walk out the front door. I mention this because, unbeknownst to me, you can just drop your children off and leave. I learned about this because there was a problem child, and when I asked where their parents were, they said they left. I was completely shocked. I brought this to the front desk's attention, and they called the child’s mother to come pick them up. She also said that it’s allowed, people do it all the time that is why they have staff in the play areas. The staff in the play area just sat at the entrance and didn’t do much of anything as far as watching the children."

"We had our 6th birthday party and it was wonderful. The kids had such a great time and the price was decent."

"Great place for kids' birthday parties or for them to just blow off steam!! Young and teens both enjoy the rock wall, trampolines, uneven bars, and zip line."

"2nd bday party here this summer. Kids have a good time out in the gym area. Lots to do swing on ropes, climb stuff, balance etc. The party rooms are not really party rooms tho. No seating 1 table for the kids adults stand against the wall or sit on floor and then the area to watch the kids from the side(gym area is kids only) is long and narrow so kinda awkward to mingle with party. Not a deal breaker, just not a great setup."
