The institution generates revenue through its 44 stores and auto donations program, which funds MERS Goodwill job training and employment services. Additionally, Goodwill operates The Excel Center®, a free public high school that offers adults the opportunity to earn a high school diploma and access high-growth job opportunities.
At The Excel Center, students receive accelerated learning, post-secondary education opportunities, and individualized career planning to enhance their career potential. "Does not have much plus size. Does not carry furniture. Goodwill no longer has fitting rooms after COVID. A lot of options for smaller sizes. A few robes, pajamas, pieces of fabric, etc. Staff members were kind and helpful. Store was super busy on a Saturday afternoon, like a popular garage sale. Prices were standard for Goodwill--more than they used to be but reasonable compared to prices for new clothes."
"Found some cute clothes for my daughter for a great price. But beware this is a pretty small storefront focusing on clothes, shoes, and accessories."
"I used to shop and make purchases at this Goodwill store weekly. Now with the remodel there is little for me to buy. This is basically a clothing only store now and it is expensive and the selection is very limited. I find it is stocked with "new type buyout clothing that didn't sell elsewhere. Lots of tiny sizes that are expensive. If you were short on money you used to be able to buy lots of great things of all sorts for your home and family. Not any more. The store is very clean and neat and arranged well."
