"This office unabashedly prioritizes profit over basic human decency, dismissing customer feedback as inconsequential. Their blatant disregard for professionalism reaches appalling heights, readily engaging in character assassination in front of others. Entering this establishment with hopes of problem resolution proved futile, as their response was not only neglectful but shockingly offensive. Rather than addressing concerns, they resorted to baseless name-calling, branding me a "junkie" and callously expressing a desire for my return. Such behavior is not just unprofessional but utterly reprehensible. This place can only be described as a dismal dump—devoid of integrity, compassion, and any semblance of customer-centric values. To condone their actions would be a disservice to anyone seeking genuine assistance or respect. This office stands as a testament to the worst aspects of customer service and ethical conduct."

"This office is terrible. It takes several days to get them to call in a prescription and when it is finally at the pharmacy they will get the birth date or other information wrong and the prescription will still not be available. Front desk staff are rude on the phone and office is unwilling to help patients even if they are calling three days in a row to get the same prescription filled. They do not care about their patients."

"Absolutely horrible patient care only went to this office because when I was with my parents insurance just decided to go to the same primary as my dad and when I got my own insurance they accepted it so just easier to keep primary . I’m never sick so wasn’t much of an issue but the minute you need anything done office is no help at all. Walk in to get a script they will hand you script with no form of drivers liscene present they just know me but still that’s not valid form of id just looking at someone . I Called to try to have them fax over orders for labs since I think I have an kidney infection the receptionist answers the phone no grammar skills with food in her mouth talking . I don’t even think she wrote the fax number down that I gave her . Called three times with three different places for them to fax it assuming that one of the orders would get thru . The lab receptionist even called her and tried to work with her since they finally did fax over an order WITHOUT a physician signature and the registration was trying to work with office to have them fax an order over with a signature and front desk person said “we don’t need physicians signatures we do patients req without it all the time “ . Like what ! I work in healthcare I can’t do a patient without verifying the order making sure a doctor signed it looking and verifying there name etc. the front desk person told the lab “well you gonna hafffa (not have to she literally talks like this with no grammar ) wait he in a room . She hung up on the lab registration and still never faxed an order . I’m now going to urgent care and already set up a new patient for new primary visit with a more competent doctor and office I know of “."

"Front and back office staff extremely RUDE!! Attitude was very evident. His NP was amazing though and she could/should teach his other office staff some badly needed manners. If you can't handle the stress of working in a doctor's office then go work somewhere else. Sick people don't need your rude self giving us an attitude."
