"The minute I walked in to TAUC I felt a caring attitude. I called in at 6 am to get an appointment and was #2 on the list. This is a great benefit and I hope more people find out about it. After talking to the Dr., she thought maybe I needed an ultrasound to make sure that I did not have a blood clot. I was referred to another TAUC across town and had a 3:45 appointment there. Again with a caring attitude, I was taken care of promptly.The ultrasound tech explained everything to me and answered all my questions. After the radiologist read the ultrasound, the Dr.came in and reassured me that I did NOT have a blood clot and I could travel the next day. Both appointments combined took less than 2 hours. I can't imagine how much time I would have spent in an Emergency room."

"Everyone was professional and caring. We scheduled online the night prior and received a number 6 wait number for the following morning. We waited for around 45-50 minutes to get into a room. The care was excellent from diagnosis, Influenza A, ugh, to IV fluids and medications given on site. I was so very pleased and left feeling much better than when I entered. The facility was clean, appropriately staffed, and everyone was efficient and kind. I would definitely recommend Total Access on Manchester! Thank you to everyone that works there."

"First of all, this top drawer staff was working on New Year's Eve day and I'm so thankful. An extremely friendly person answered the phone and listened to my whole story. The reservations texting system works perfectly!! Once in the door I was ushered back to my exam room right away. Didn't even sit in the waiting room. The entire staff and doctor were knowledgeable, professional, proficient and on top of all that, they were VERY nice!!! Thank You Total Access Urgent Care!!! Have a great New Year!"

"This place was really nice. To begin they have patients register online, put you in a running order, and let you know when you can come inside. Secondly, the staff was incredible. The receptionist greeted me with a smile, treated me with respect, was courteous and efficient. The technician provided me with compassionate care, was respectful, courteous and kind. The PA was professional, courteous, respectful, very knowledgeable and accurate in her diagnosis and treatment. The nurse was very gentle with the injection the PA prescribed. Checkout was efficient and performed in a friendly manner. Finally, I’m happy to say the treatment was effective!"

"The Staff was WONDERFUL, especially Daniel, the doctor who saw me. He had about the best and most caring "bedside manner" I've experienced, including my regular group of doctors. Everyone was very processional, highly competent, and truly pleasant. Naturally, it took some time to wrap things up, but their reservation system worked extremely well, so I wasn't sitting around in a waiting room waiting to get in. I've only used and urgent care facility a couple of times and, frankly, it was a MUCH better experience than I expected. I'd use them again without hesitation."
