"Dr. Therkildsen and Megan, the MA on staff, we’re so thorough, kind, and caring! Dr. T took her time explaining every element of my diagnosis and made sure I fully comprehended what caused it, how I can prevent it in the future, and what the medication she prescribed me would be doing to help me. No detail was left unexplained. Thank you Dr. T! Megan was kind and chatty, conversing with me like a friend while she hummed away at my paperwork. She was thoughtful and fun! Overall, the most pleasant urgent care expletive I’ve ever had!!"

"My virtual appointment was very convenient. It was so nice to not have to go out, to get treatment, when I was having difficulties breathing, due to my Asthma. NP, Matt was extremely friendly and easy to talk to/communicate with. Thank you very much NP, Matt and Ellisville, Mercy Urgent Care!!!"

"I've been a regular patron of the Ellisville Urgent Care in the Clarkson Clayton Center for several years, and until recently, my experiences have been generally positive. However, my most recent encounter with them left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. My elderly mother, who is over 70 years old, accompanied by my sick daughter, visited the urgent care facility seeking medical attention while I, the mother, was away at school. Despite being pleasant and helpful in the past, the staff's treatment towards my mother was shockingly rude and dismissive. They refused to accept them as walk-ins and insisted they make an appointment, forcing them to return over two hours later. To add insult to injury, the receptionist gave my mother a hard time about paperwork, exacerbating her already flustered state. When I called to inquire about the situation, expecting some form of resolution or understanding, I was met with further rudeness and disrespect. The woman on the phone was not only unhelpful but went as far as to hang up on me mid-conversation. This experience falls far below the standard of care and professionalism I've come to expect from the Ellisville Urgent Care in the Clarkson Clayton Center. Not only did they fail to accommodate an elderly individual and a sick child in need of medical attention, but they also displayed a complete lack of empathy and basic customer service skills."

"The whole system within the clinic is friendly, smooth, and efficient. The ease of getting an appointment. The highlight for me was the doctor herself. Great conversation about covid vs. flu is a virus, and this is a particular virus that I have seems to hang on. I appreciated learning some things and her willingness to explain."

"Nurse practitioner did not listen, blew me off said it was just viral and I had to ride it out, although I had already been doing that for over a week! Up Coughing all night to the point of throwing up, extreme sinus pressure and sore throat, Unable to eat. Went someone else the next day and they gave me some options to make it a little easier while I’m battling sinusitis and bronchitis. There is something you can do to help your patients as they're working through a viral/bacterial infection. It’s a long process for some and physically draining. You should really listen to your patients when they tell you how their body reacts. I get this on occasion and when I do, it goes south fast and hard for me to recover. She’s obviously never had bronchitis. :( Two thumbs down!"
