"just got off the phone and was told since you dont take my insurance to seek help elsewhere. I asked how much the services were and was told the cheapest was $125 and I was better to seek someone in my network. Who said I cannot afford your prices? You decided. Trust me, people don't come to these facilities for a dental cleaning, some of us need help. badly. For you to just turn a blind eye, shame on you."

"This place is a joke. Basically, for insurance reasons, I had to pay them to take a questionnaire and talk with someone (who asked the same questions on the questionnaire) for about 20-30 minutes. I was told up front they will bill me if I owe anything. Three months later I get a bill with late fees and atternoy fees. So I make a payment and a couple weeks later I get a new bill. Three days after the new bill I get a letter saying it's been sent to collections. What a scam!"

"I’ve been goin there for a while. I love the person I see, they have helped me tons. It’s not perfect, but it’s not horrible. It’s kind of a weird space to get to since it’s around the side of the building, but it’s got some signs to help. I got lost the first time I went there( it didn’t help that at the time google maps thought it was across the street by the Daniel Boone library). They share space with a pediatrician so the waiting room can be busy with kids. Also the receptionist there is for the pediatrician’s office mainly. The person who does billing is thorough but pretty darn slow, well very slow. She isn’t the slowest biller for a healthcare professional I’ve ever encountered but she isn’t fast either. To me these are relatively minor annoyances since now I know where it is and the billing gets done accurately. Overall, I would recommend this practice if you connect with the person you are seeing. Having a good relationship/connection is super important to me in this setting."
