"First impression- clean facility with ample parking. Promptly checked in by Debra. Greeted a few minutes later by a kind nurse named Stacey. Dr Soorya was good to my child. I was glad she didn’t need antibiotics because strep testing was negative. Stacey went above and beyond to ensure my daughter was comfortable and felt safe because she’s terrified of going to the doctor. Thank you everyone!"

"Had to take someone here for a pretty good cut, the wait in the lobby wasn’t too bad, we were given attitude first thing though and overheard some yelling directed at another patient. When we got in, Doc said stitches, changed his mind, then discharged her without even cleaning the wound. Great place if you want to be a “look-at” and be discharged with no treatment. Had to disinfect and glue her skin together afterwards ourselves."

"Came for an allergic reaction They took me back fairly quickly I dont think there are a lot of people but still has taken over an hour so far. Both nurse and doctor lady have been nice but coming here they are never efficient on time. The next closest Urgent care i was going to is closed ( acrossfrom schnucks in ballwin) Still glad Here could help me. Just like others have mentioned ( i didnt have to deal with the lady they are taking about that is so rude but i know that has happened to me a few months back when i was coming in for labs) she was so rude and i Waited only to realize they close a 3 For Labs Should she have LET ME TALK TO HER i would have found that out sooner but it HAD TO BE HER WAY AND I WAS TOLD TO WAIT AND SIT TIL CALLED - no one else was waiting"

"The facility is neat and the response is quick. 9:00am - Came to Urgent Care. Registered instantly with Photo Id and insurance. There were 4 patients before my turn. 9:15am - Took me to a room for my vitals. 9:30am - The nurse came and checked me and mentioned they will take an x-ray. 9:35am - They did my x-ray in another room. 10:15am - Nurse came back and told me how I could ease the pain and said the x-ray results are taking longer to get (they didn't tell if there is something wrong or there is a crack or fracture) and she will call me back on those. 10:17am - Gave my discharge summary."

"My kid got sick on Thanksgiving so I was looking for an urgent care to get diagnostic tests done. The first 3 urgent care centers we drove by were full so we ended up at this facility. We were surprised to see no one at the waiting room. The receptionist was aloof but the nurse and doctor were nice and friendly. The facility was clean. We got our test results back relatively quick and got our eprescription."
