"Awesome experience at the vision center. I was in and out of there for my contacts exam. The doctor is a great guy . listens and doesn't overcomplicate the process like I've experienced other places. I really felt cared for at my appointment . Staff is no bs and I love that! ;) I think I finally found my favorite vision place. Highly recommend"
"This place is grossly mismanaged with no working remainder for thier customers or at the very least, a verification system. But hey you can go in and deal with the rudest staff, who will just ignore you, saying there too busy to deal with you. A desperate place for desperate people."
"They are supposed to close at 7pm. I got here before 6pm. The lady who was working was rude. We are closed. When I stated it says you close at 7pm she stated once again we are closed. As you can see I am the only one here and we closed early. When I asked if they would be open tomorrow by the time I got off work I was rudely told we are open from 9am to 7pm but I cannot guarantee we will be open. . I will never come back here again."
"The doctor was fantastic and it ends here. The person that was helping with my glasses kept trying to upsell me and when I told here what insurance would cover would be fine. Then it was they won't cover the tax. I left went home and called my insurance and she told me they had never received such a call. She then called Walmart and was told that is the case. She then found me somewhere else I could go."
