"The lady named Misty here is ungodly Rude and disrespectful. When you try to address the situation with her she acts like she is better than you and doesn't care to be even a halfway of decent person. They cater to men the female side doesn't even have access to anything on the TV there isn't even heat on their side so it's cold the television doesn't have but one channel. Honestly just not a place I would recommend to female clientele."

"Ozark will go above and beyond for you as long as you do the next right thing. It's an all encompassing place to get care coordination. They have a primary care / psychiatrist on call. Misty the director is amazing. She has many credentials including harm reduction specialist and has been working in the substance abuse field for many years. Ozark is a place where you can get medication management, support for your recovery, a comfortable place to call home, and most importantly family. If you're looking for a recovery house I highly recommend Ozark Recovery Housing."

"I met a very deceitful woman named Misty who comes off as very nice and welcoming. My first day was on a Thursday where I explained my worries about what I would have to do since I am starting school and work full time, she told me about the mandatory meetings on Tuesday and Thursday night, I still had questions but she stated that we would talk about it at another time. I went to work, group meetings, church and did my chores. I worked Tuesday until 5:30pm and when I got off work I called and said I didn't think I would make it for the meeting and that this is what I wanted to talk about, she said that she told me that they were mandatory and I said that I might not be able to stay there then, because I already had my job working with my schedule change from being farther away, she said okay. I went to my church for Bible study and when I got out she I saw a missed call from Misty. I called her back and she said your things are ready. Thank GOD that my church brother heard and was giving me a ride or I would have been out in the cold. I called and she told me that since I broke the rules that I couldn't get my deposit back and was very rude saying that she was not going to argue with me even though I was not aggressive or loud, she then hung up on me. I don't know a lot, but I do know that if it wasn't for The LORD fixing my way of thinking, I would have relapsed quickly. This is not a place with your best interest in mind."
