"It took three weeks to get an eye appointment, and they don't start till 9:30 during the week and are limited availability. Longer for Saturday. They seem to care less if you use them, and the girl that works there couldn't seem to find my insurance and she called me several times confused. No text reminders for my three week away appointment and they are understaffed. I did not feel like they really cared."

"I purchased some frames and lens from there, I am having problems with a blurr or a thumb print on both of my lens. This guy that works there care less about me or my lens, he cleaned them again and told me bye, bye theres the door bye!! He is a older man with glasses, very disrespectful and rude. I will call to see when the eye doctor is there, this happen me 2yrs ago idk if he is the same guy. If I could I would give no STARS!!"
"I have been going to Gerry Optical since I was a child. The staff at the Antioch location is extremely friendly. Dr. Samuels is a great doctor! The staff always double checks before you purchase to make sure your maxing out your insurance benefit. I also really like having some other helpers when you're trying on glasses! They are happy to help when you need it!"
"We had a great experience here. Dr. Samuel is so nice and personable, the ladies are both really helpful and enjoy a good laugh. It just feels like you're amongst friends here. I had a small flaw in my brand new lenses, and they replaced them with no fuss or hassle."
