"Called in 2 weeks ago to confirm my insurance all good,then I come in and get charged 40 dollars for a 5 dollar exam and then try charging me 600 for 800 dollar pair of glasses. After talking with my insurance provider they don't take my insurance! I smell a scam. Be warned just went to Costco and got the same glasses for 133.00. definitely a rat at vision source. Don't waste your time there . They will lie about what coverage you have. If you don't like my review,I'll come in and show you my receipt so you can see what shysters you are! GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR GLASSESthese people cannot be trusted TOTAL SCAM ARTISTNotice how they don't respond?"
"Would not recommend at all they do not take their time and do a thorough eye exam. Didn't get my prescription right the first time then made me pay AGIAN for an eye exam that they still didn't do right and now refuse to do anything about my classes that are blurry and the lenses keep popping out of. No money back or refunds no apologies. Stay away from this place!"
"Dr. Krier and his staff were very friendly but also well trained and efficient. Very nice facility, modern and clean. I was given a very thorough exam, including a retinal scan. Overall, I was very pleased with my entire eye appointment. They were prompt and no wait time."
