"This office participates in insurance fraud, stay away. They try to charge you even when you have insurance, they refuse to bill your insurance company and when you pay their “fee” and your insurance pays the bill it’s like pulling teeth to get your money back. This place won’t stay open long committing this fraud."

"Absolutely the worst clinic I have ever been to. Everytime I go they misgender me and treat me like a Criminal. Everytime I leave I always end up having a mental breakdown and I cry for the rest of the day. If you smoke weed, consider using another provider as this one will make you feel like a drug addict who needs help if you do happen to smoke weed. They will cancel all of your scripts and make you wait hours everytime you go to visit. I have never been to a worse clinic, the providers here just simply DO NOT CARE. The they had one person who was the main provdier and she quit and now the entire facility just runs like trash and is honestly awful. They will waste two hours of your life everytime you visit for no reason. It's very perplexing."

"Had an appointment. Got there 20 minutes early. Waited 60 minutes PAST scheduled time and saw no one. Had to leave because I have to drive 45 minutes to get home. The provider was charting on my time. Was still charged copay. No scripts. Not seen. Thanks for the wasted time."

"Staff is always friendly. Always seem like they are in tuned in and not like they are in a hurry. Wait times aren’t bad. Eustasis is a total life line for me. It is wonderful that you can walk in and be seen when you need to be . I recommend Eustasis for any mental health or addiction"

"As long as you are not actually in need of help, maybe this place would be ok. But the simple fact is that if you have good insurance, they will keep you coming back and provide almost no actual assistance. Sure, they will throw medications at you... And they will offer "therapy", but that is scheduled 2-3 months out. And if you require any type of paperwork to be filled out/sent back to an insurance company or employer FORGET IT. They require $50-$100 (insurance doesn't pay for it, you must) and then after they are paid, they require 2-4 weeks to fill it out. All I needed was two pages filled out with diagnosis, medications and history of visits. Something that anyone in the office has access to. But it most go to The Director or Records. Unfortunately, since they have already had the request for a week, and I'm in need of the records sooner than 2-4 additional weeks, I will have to find a new doctor. I can't say I was happy with any of the appointments I had here anyway... I explained ALL OF THIS and was told that it was "definitely your right to seek treatment elsewhere!" And that there was nothing more they could do for me."
