"Horrible experience with the exception of the nurse who cleaned my son’s ears out. The doctor was rude when she finally did come in the room. We opened the door due to being in the room for over 30 minutes waiting for the doctor to come in. The doctor came by and shut the door and my son and I both could hear her say “ just because it says urgent care doesn’t mean it’s fast and I don’t care how long they have been here” . My son has autism and developmental delays and he was getting g tired of waiting, we had been there just under 2 hours at this point. Should have went to Mercy instead. We will never go to Cox Urgent Cars again."

"ANOTHER BAD EXPERIENCE. Took my child in to get tested for strep, came back negative and Douglas Coleman told us to take ibuprofen and get rest, come back if worse. SO it got alot worse and we did come back only to see Terra Vestal who has the worst bedside manner you could imagine. Spoke terribly to my child who was just wanting answers, and literally crying in pain and said go to your primary. Our primary was booked why do you think we were there? Why do you even exist if we cant get help. So rude that even a staff member apologized and later find out that she is consistently rude not just having a bad day. How you could treat a kid like that is beyond me. I knew this was not right so we went to the Cox Urgent Care in SPRINGFIELD and my child received another swab which surprise came back positive for strep, then probably because it was a very bad case got an antibiotics shot and a prescription for antibiotics as well as steroid. Also, the nurse and Dr were extremely kind and compassionate!! This is what should have happened at LEAST the second time. This is the third terrible experience we have had here. Only went because we live in Ozark but never again. Something is wrong at this location."

"I like this place if my kids sick. Nice people work . If you are not in a critical situation and need medical assistance, it will be provided here. treatment of otitis, major diseases and respiratory diseases. I am also with my family here at the doctor’s office who helped my daughter and prescribed the necessary examination and now she will undergo an important operation. The medical staff here is pleasant and helpful. listen to the patient's opinion. I have a medical education and can judge the competence of this medical staff."

"I’ll keep it simple. Took my son who is 4 there bc he broke his clavicle. The gentle care beginning with the intake tech, nurse techs, X-rays techs, and PA were just top notch. I can go on and on but bottom line - above and beyond care!"
