"Made an appointment with Dr. Scott Turner a month out, get there for the appointment, sitting in the exam room, and he decided he couldn't see me! Tried to reschedule and was told that suddenly the Dr was booked for over a year! The desk clerk looked like she was going to cry when I told her I need to see the Dr first to establish, then I can start booking with the practitioners. Said she was told to get me with one of the practitioners only. My old Dr had left the Cox system, I had no choice but to establish with a new one and this is what I get. No communication, just SORRY. But hey, don't worry, we won’t charge you! EXTREMEMLY disappointed!"

"DO NOT see Kayla Walker unless you want to be shamed and have her religious views imposed onto you. "I dont know what your beliefs are but in my religion, we believe in not having sex before marriage" That is a direct quote. Keep in mind this visit had nothing to do with reproductive health, or anything of that nature. It was to establish care only. I did report this with Cox, which they did agree with me and apologized, but I feel this was wildly inappropriate and I want people to be saved potential frustration and to not waste their time with this nut. Religious views should not be imposed on patients!"

"WARING! WARING! do not go to this place you may go if you want but please stay away! You will suffer like I did I thought I knew well I didnt I now suffer from this place .please keep yourself your family and friends far from this place please don’t end up like me. I will say there was light at the end of the tunnel but that’s gone please I beg of you do yourself a favor run! so much narcissism around here it’s not healthy for anyone! Run!!!! NARCISSIST!!!! This place will close eventually I see it in there future."

"We have been to this location on 3 separate visits (3 separate family members with different aliments). We weren't too happy with the bedside manner of one of the female PA's. She was rude and short with us. That kind of behavior isn't something you want to deal with when you are not feeling well and you are concerned for yourself and loved one. Unfortunately, this wasn't our first encounter with the same PA. Perhaps other PA's at this location are kind and compassionate, but the one we got was the opposite. We would have to think twice before we go to this location again.....or roll the dice that we don't get that rude PA on our next visit. Good luck!"

"Saw 2 Drs. in this clinic, 1 was out on leave so had to see someone else. Blood work done at both appts never got results from one and the other was never followed up on. Saw her in Early June called several times no return call no referral given, she wants me to wait until mid September to see the original Dr. that's out until then. In the mean time just go ahead and suffer with issues. Nurses were great Drs. not so much"
