"Diana is amazing. I have struggled with mild acne my whole life and last year, it got really bad, terrible breakouts, cystic acne and these little bumps all over my face that wouldn't go away, no matter how much I scrubbed. I went to my DR who dismissed me, prescribed Doxycycline for one month and told me to see a dermatologist. Took four months to get into a dermatologist, who sat with me for all of three minutes, said that she didn't know what the problem was and proceeded to prescribe the same generic stuff that she probably prescribes to everyone else that comes in there with acne. A year later, when the problem had not resolved itself, I went back, hoping for some help. She did the same thing, prescribing a different regime of creams and antibiotics, that again, were not helping. I decided to see an aesthetician and found Skin Wellness Center on Google. I made an appointment and had my first acne facial done two weeks ago. Diana explained that the bumps on my face were compacted pores that have to be manually cleaned out, and that no amount of creams or antibiotics would ever make them go away. She listened to me and empathized with me about being dismissed by medical professionals. Since that facial two weeks ago, a literally have not had so much as a whitehead and my face is already more clear, soft and smooth that it has been in my entire adult life. We are now working to correct the hyperpigmentation and acne scars that are left behind and I'm so excited to finally be heard and have someone who cares about my skin and not just cashing a check."
