"Just left my nail appointment and I’m extremely disappointed. The man working did all of my acrylics and shaping - he did absolutely wonderful. Then the lady took over to paint my nails - she did absolutely awful. I had to ask for a second coat, which she was visibly quite frustrated by. Took her less than 5 minutes for all coats and drying?? I asked for a simple design (just the letter N on one nail), the man drew her a picture of exactly what I wanted, and she did it! She showed me and it looked fine, but when I said it was fine, she then drew small lines all over the nail? I told her I didn’t want that, I wanted what she did originally. She then filled off the top coat, put another N, and didn’t bother to ask if it was good. Just put it in the light and slapped a top coat on it. Now that nail only is 1/4 painted from filling it off with a very questionable N. I told them I didn’t like it. She didn’t care, just made me pay $70."

"Did great job on dip. Not much of a mani, just did nails and cut. No soak, no cuticle work, no trim, no lotion. Pedicures were good. Daughters toe polish chipped off same day. Even had paid extra to make them French tip. I'm sure they'd fixed it if we had time to go back again that day."

"Went in to get a gel fill in and 2 nails replaced. I have NEVER had such a bad experience ever. The lady who did my nails (sat up front to the right) was rude. That is best experience (sarcasm) My nails look like total garbage. They are all uneven and different shapes. One of the nails she replaced she had glued that nail to my skin and it now has a slight slit. I just wasted $50. I ALWAYS tip people, not her. This is my first and last time there. I could go on and on but I think you get the idea. Also, she had such an attitude with a lady that came in to see if she could get her nails removed. The lady that worked there was rude to her as well and the customer walked out. I should have the moment I seen her barefoot and the floor was dirty. If you go here, GOOD LUCK!!!"
