"This was my first time going to clinic at Branson West and loved the friendly staff and NP Michelle O'Connell..I was very nervous about going to a new doctor since moved here to area..but I loved everything and everybody was so nice and especially felt relieved when met my Doctor cause she is so much like my last one...looking forward to continuing my health care there at Mercy Clinic at Branson West.."

"This place doesn't really care about their people at all. There are way too many problems to list. I wouldve left a 0 star review but it isnt possible on here. I dont know the nurses name, but she was elderly. This is my latest experience here. I was in the Doctor's office today (03/06/2024) to get some stuff Checked out on my hand, the nurse wasnt talking to me, and I was on my phone because my father texted me, and he was in an accidentat work. And the nurse was in the room with me, Snatched my phone out of my hands where i had the affected area where i needed treatment, and threw my phone across the room. I complained about it to her and my Dr and told them the situation what was going on. they didn't do anything and said I was the one who was disrespectfull towards her for yelling at her for snatching my phone and throwing it. I held my composure when she did it, I was gonna throw hands and cuss at her but I didn't, and I explained that to them, that I could've been way worse about this situation. And the Dr did not treat the affected area right. She got the medication not only on the affected area but on other parts of my body where it should've not have been. And now I have a burn on my leg from her. I am highly disappointed and disgusted."

"This place doesn't care about it patience what so ever. The rude bch that calls and cancels appointments named Lisa is very unprofessional . She thinks she is funny when she hangs up on you and cancels your appointment. She believes because she works on the phones and isn't in person that she can act this way . I have had the unfortunate pleasure of hearing her voice the last two days. She does this because she knows when you call the number back it goes to Springfield Missouri call center. I have spoken with the office manager yesterday who confirmed my appointment was going to be kept as agreed upon before. When I asked to speak with her of course she is out of the office today . I asked for a call back and the wonderful Lisa says she doesn't keep track of her schedule and couldn't help me get a return call from the office manager and hung up the phone. This will be past up to the board of directors of mercy hospital and see how they feel about Lisa behavior and for that matter the manager behavior when she told Lisa to call me back instead of her self."

"LeAnn was the only reason to go to this location. Now that she wants peace and is leaving, the mercy branson west location dumped me with no warning. They also were refusing to fill a very important med, due to the fact I no longer had a doctor. It would have really helped if someone from Mercy would have had enough integrity to let me know my physician was leaving. Thanks Mercy."

"Mercy at Branson West was awful!!! I just can’t understand why they are called Mercy! I’ve heard the doctors here are wonderful, though I never got to meet one. You can’t get past the nurse! Leanne, the nurse practitioner was very nice, BUT the nurse, Lisa was awful. Rude. Completely devoid of compassion. The front office manager was just as bad! They violated EVERY HIPPA policy that exists! They basically shared ALL of my personal information with a waiting room FULL of people. They weren’t quiet, nor did they pull me aside. My daughter (who is engaged to a litigation attorney by the way) was there, and was witness to the whole thing. My daughter’s fiancé wants to sue! I will NEVER be back, nor would I recommend this facility to another."
