"This place is a joke. If you are a new patient, your next available appointment is in 7 months. I was signing up for a new insurance in December and called the clinic to see what their availability was. I was told the next available appointment is in January. Great, let me enroll with an insurance you are in network in, and I will call back once I have the cards. Thankfully, I take great care of my teeth and only needed a new patient appointment and get my teeth cleaned with a hygienist. I called back in early January and asked for the next available appointment. They told me that the next available new patient appointment is in July. That's 7 months from now. Heaven forbid I might need anything else done. It might take them a year to get to it. Stop pretending that you accept new patients. Waiting for 7 months for an appointment is unacceptable. Stop saying that you accept new patients. Don't lie. If you can't handle the workload that you have, then don't say that you are accepting new patients."

We don't expect an updated review will be necessary. We are in our 70s and base our judgments on years of wonderful care from another dentist in KC. He's a difficult one to replace."

"They do great work and prices are equal to other dentists but they do not have enough dentists. You may have to wait months to get an appointment. If you change an appointment you are doomed to wait another long period before you can get in. They need to get more dentists."
