"I am diabetic and my script needed refilled. I had an appointment. My husband and I both called and actually spoke to someone. They sent urgent message to Dr. That I was now out of insulin after trying for two weeks to get a refill. Guess what, still no script refill."
"Trying to establish new care here is a joke. Granted I have multiple needs; mobility and incontinence; to name the main ones. My first visit showed nothing except a condescending doctor. My first lab work was scheduled 3 months out. I had to research and find out what companies would assist me with a chair and incontinence supplies. After waiting a month on the incontinence supplies, I get a call my Dr office won't return call. I ask nicely and 2 days later still not done so my caregiver goes in understandably upset. I was told if this behavior continues I'd be released as a patient. Needless to say I am no longer with CoxHealth. I will give credit where it's due. The office staff, especially Kim, is on the ball."
"These guys are the keystone cops of healthcare! They are too lazy to pick up the phone and return calls. Unless it's to try to sabotage you after you leave them. I wouldn't take my dog to them. I wish I could give them no stars. Do yourself a favor and keep looking."
"Dr. Ballard and staff are a fantastic group who have been tending to the many medical needs of myself and my family the past 10 years. Very professional, great sense of humor, efficient and a joy to be with in times of need. We are very grateful to this group who continue to provide superior medical services for this community."
