"They say the walk in clinic is from 7a-4p but they will stop taking patients at random times on random days.. very very unreliable! I use them for my regular doc and usually love the walk in clinic, but this is getting to be ridiculous. Happens almost every time we go.."
"This lobby has stuffed leather chairs and looks like a living room. Nice. Great location, it's near the walmart. Receptionist was professional. What I don't like is that I only need to get my two long term prescriptions refilled and I have to wait for over a week to see someone. I'm established with mercy, just new to the area."
"Called this morning and asked when they stop taking walk ins, they said they take walk ins all the way till they close which is 430. Get here a few minutes before 4 and they said they can’t take me and that they have stopped taking walk ins today, I mentioned that u talked to someone this morning and they said they took walk ins all the way till they are open and pretty much said they couldn’t do anything for me and I would have to come back tomorrow or make an appointment, normally I go to mercy stones corner in Joplin but I was closer to Neosho and I won’t be coming back here again, I’m going back to stones corner they are open longer and take walk ins all the way till they close. I honestly recommend for anyone reading this to not waist time here and just go there the staff is way nicer and more helpful and more willing to make something work for you to help you that day."
"I love the care I receive here but I am definitely not happy with what I was told. I called to see when the walk in closes they said 4.. I left work early not feeling well hauled @$$ to get there and they told me the walk in closed for the day because they hadn't had many people come in to be seen.. that wasn't fair, I refuse to go to the other clinic to pay $100? To be seen and will not go to the ER for the symptoms I had"
