"Me and my PREGNANT wife took our friends who have never been. We were the ONLY people there btw. 10-20 minutes went by before I had to finally ask if our order could be taken. By this point 4 other tables had been seated AND their orders were being taken. Another hour went by and the tables who had been sat had ALL of their food and everything. We had waited for OVER an hour and a half for me to get one calzone that was cold…I understand when places are busy. I’ve worked the food industry. But we were the ONLY people there. My pregnant wife ended up starting to feel sick and couldn’t hardly eat after the time period we had to wait. Don’t even get me started on the atmosphere. I understand you probably don’t want to work there. But can you not have a pissed off look on your face walking around the store with such an attitude? Seriously"
"Went to Buffett night no pasta waited 30 mins fresh pizza most pizza on Buffett was hard from sitting and requested pepperoni n veggie and never got one on Buffett waitress kept apologizing and never ask once if needed a refill poor servic"
"We just ordered mazzios for the first time in forever. I used to love the hoagies! The hoagie was soggy and not at all warm. We ordered their new street pizzas… I ordered barbecue with pineapple, chicken, and onion. It had only sauce, chicken and onion. When I got there, I had to wait at the desk for almost 10 minutes looking at my boxes of food. The lady who checked me out was clearly in a bad mood and didn’t care that I had stood there that long. Not only did we not get exactly what we ordered, I feel like we overpaid for mediocre pizza. I’ll stick with the dominos here in neosho. Thanks, mazzios!"
"Took at least 5 minutes for us to get seated. Then we had to wait at least 10 minutes after telling the waitress that we were ready to order. Several people sitting or just walking around doing nothing. Had to ask several times for to go drinks. Stood at tge counter for another 5+ minutes before being able to check out. The service has absolutely gone down hill"
"I haven't had Mazzio's in years and I'm so glad this one lived up to my memories. The food was everything I wanted it to be and the service was fantastic. The wait staff was attentive, prompt, and very friendly."
