Mary Agee just retired a couple of months ago and I miss her terribly, but her replacement, Jerry Dorris seems very good. The front desk staff is friendly and always in a good mood, the nursing staff is also very friendly. It's a great little clinic!"

"I just needed to get an accurate weight on my 3 month old son for his doctor in Springfield... I called ahead and they said it would be fine... I get there and they say it'll be a few minutes.. no big deal.... then after I had been there over 20 minutes they decide to tell me they don't have a scale that will get an accurate weight... they couldn't have told me that when I called before I drove 20 minutes into town... or right when I got there before I waited so long.. I love Mercy but was extremely disappointed in this clinic... not to mention that the receptionist was very rude to me. I'll never go back and I don't recommended anyone else going there."
