"I was a new patient. I went in for my initial consultation & x-rays, made following appts for both cleaning & fillings. After receiving my estimate of over $12,000.00 for deep cleaning, 8 cavities, & 3 crowns, I contacted my HR Dept & raised my dental insurance to the next higher tier. I called Linda at the front desk on a Monday, requesting an updated estimate for my first appt that following week. I never recied a call back. I called them multiple times that week, different days, various times, & always just reached the answering service. At one point they even advised that they didn't know why they were closed. I woke this morning 3/20/23 to a missed call from them, no VM. I called back twice, both times....you guessed it...answering service. I canceled my appt. I'm going to find a dentist that cares and also doesn't charge as much as a new car. And no, my teeth aren't THAT bad either. Normal wear & tear for a 45 yr old."

"Everyone was so nice and the sectary was super friendly and sweet. When they called me back I didn’t get finished with my paperwork so the assistant helped me with it. Lauren was awesome sweet lady! She explained everything to me about everything I needed to know. Dr. Pyatt was so super nice and explained everything to me and answered my questions and we worked out a plan. I am so happy that I finally found a great dentist who cares about there patients. So if you are looking for a new dentist Iike I was You need to come here."
