"VERY HAPPY with the service that I've received. Been now going here for a year and I've cut my medical costs EASILY in 1/2. Much more affordable than either of the other two Medical Providers here in Buffalo and save at least 25% of the expense for labs and office visits that either Mercy or CMH charged. Moreover, all of the semi-annual labs, tests and office visits that both of the others insisted were "necessary" have been cut in half to only being done once a year. Furthermore, I haven't had to fight with CoxHealth's Accounts Receivable for being double charged for services rendered or for receiving my Self-Pay 20% cash discount. Janice actually listens when you talk and doesn't simply push pills or an agenda. You don't feel rushed during her consultation and she is very conscience of the high costs of medical care and doesn't just blindly order tests/labs, unless there is an apparent problem, before first trying more cost effective remedies. She even has recommended homeopathic treatments and exercises to help relieve the pain from my spinal injury instead of pushing the opioids/painkillers like other doctors have done in the past. If you are shopping for a new Medical Center, you could EASILY do a lot worse by choosing one of the others."
