"I have seen Dr. Vance for many years. I battle a chronic illness POTS and not many Drs are familiar with it and she was one of the only drs willing to help me. If not for her listening to me and truly caring I would not be in a good place right now. I was really sick. I seen drs all over and I’ve never met a Dr that will take the time to really listen to you. I can ask her anything and she has my full trust and I don’t trust many Drs. "I was left a voicemail to call regarding some lab results. The operator said she would connect me and then sent me straight to the answering machine message instead of connecting me to a nurse. I guess it is closing time you just hang up on people even though they're dependent on these lab results. That would have been fine if they said I'm sorry we're closed for the day instead of putting me on hold for 9 minutes and then summarily disconnecting me. Nothing emailed no one contacted me after I gave my name who I was and who I was waiting for. Very unprofessional. No wonder people drive the 30 minutes to Springfield instead of utilizing local medical facilities"
