"Just went there with my friend to have her 2 year old checked out. Got there an hour before they closed only to be told they weren’t taking any more patients and she could try coming back tomorrow. Horrible."

"They are all around a joke and I hear one-sided type thing they tend to think they know how their patients feeling without even listening to what the symptoms are there in a hurry to get out of work before you even trying to actually treat people by pushing it over to common cold or something basic instead of hearing or speaking volume by being kind respectful or understanding they are medically incompetent they're not medically certified to be treating anybody they're barely certified enough to stand at a old folks home and takes care of them the walk-in clinic is a place u go to get worse and bad treatment"

"I went in a few days ago to have my daughter looked at. She was very sick. I was told it was probably just her ear infection that hadn’t fully went away. They weren’t going to test her for anything. I requested a rapid test multiple times until they finally gave her one. With a rapid test, results come back within 40min-3hours is what I was told. I never received a phone call with the results so I called them 24 hours later asking for the results. They then told me she tested positive for RSV. That same night she ended up being taken by ambulance to the hospital and being admitted for both RSV and sepsis. Had she not been given the rapid test, my daughter could’ve ended up worse than she did. Very unprofessional."

"Took son in for basic lab work at 8 a.m. Called the day before to make sure lab work would go smoothly so son could get back to school. They were not open at 8, when they did open the office was not ready to accept patients, computers were not up, then nurse talked the entire time while "trying" to draw blood. Took 2 tries, nurse took gloves off & smeared sons blood around with her fingers on his arm before attempting again. We have to have blood drawn every 2 weeks but will drive an hour to Springfield from here on out....what a waste."

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. My husband brought my 3 yr old son in yesterday. They ordered a blood sample and said they would call with the results that same night. We waited that night. No phone call. The next day still no phone call. My husband got off work and called them. They said they didnt get enough blood because they didnt have a butterfly needle and did a finger stick instead, thinking there would be a sufficient amount. So my husband missed a day of work for nothing and we dont know what is wrong with my son. I spoke to Kayla after speaking with the manager and she just talked to me like I was stupid and and chuckled on the phone when I called about my concerns with my son. I'm glad she thinks my son being sick is funny. Very unprofessional. UPDATE: Ended up taking my son to Cox hospital a couple days later, where he was correctly diagnosed. Wouldn't have even had to go to the hospital in the first place if they wouldn't have misdiagnosed him."
