"From now on, I will call to see who is on duty before I go. Nurse Douglas told me that the antibiotics I usually take won't clear a sinus infection (apparently they do since they work for me every time). His exam consisted of looking in my throat and using a stethoscope to check my lungs (only on my upper chest in front). Two unnecessary tests were ordered (COVID and blood test). I was not having COVID symptoms that would indicate the test. I've had several COVID tests and this was not performed to the usual standards. Waste of time and money. Is this the best personnel CMH can provide?"

"I went to el do cmh urgent care,closer to my apt- i was in excruciating pain in my face and he didn't do nothin,looked at me like a deer looking at headlights. A month later im stll in excruciating pain in my face and im just getting the run around"

"Went into this clinic and the receptionist up front was very nice the nurses were nice but the dr. Ryan Pock was very rude! My mom went with me and had some questions and her questions were not even acknowledged besides his response of oh you googled…. No she didn’t google she asked because she’s had 5 surgeries for the same issue. And he blew her question off as if she never asked. He was rude and not an easy person to ask questions to or anything! I can say if I don’t have to I would not go back there.."

"My wife is having severe back spasms that are keeping her in pain and limiting her ability to sleep. She told me that she needed to go to the walk in clinic. So we drove in to Bolivar from northeast Polk county and arrived at 7:45pm. The receptionist told us that they were closed. When we asked why the sign said that they were open until 8:00, she explained that they had seen "a lot of patients today" and that the providers were not taking any more. This is simply ridiculous, and unprofessional. You can't post with zero stars or I would; we certainly did not receive any service to give a rating for."
