"The hospital wait was really long. I am rating the hospital so low because they have employed someone so rude. Dr mark Kilman was a aggressive and rude doctor that did not seem to care about his patients. I have never experienced something so horrible in my life. My mother in law came to get her nerves tested by this doctor. Me and my 3 year old daughter took her to this appointment. Dr Killman came out and called her name and when all three of us stood up he aggressively said, “ well which one of you is the patient?!.” When we got in the office he said I have to test your hand today, tell me your symptoms. My mother in law was confused as she has had issues with her legs she’s started to explain all of her symptoms and he said. “We’ll I don’t care about that! I only need to hear about the hand.” She proceeded to tell him the symptoms and how her other doctor thought it might be carpal tunnel. He aggressively told her, “ don’t tell me what you THINK you have I will tell you I’m the doctor.” He asked her more questions about her health history and when she was trying to remember he raise his voice and said, “well you have to answer me!!! I don’t know you.” He did nothing allow her to think and struggled to hear her. He proceeded to tell her she needed to exercise. She explained that she had and autoimmune Illness called MG that made it difficult to move and do ever day task. He told her “no one would agree with you! You need to exercise everyone does or you’ll get weaker. She told him that she tried to stay active by keeping her home clean but he did not seem satisfied with that reply and seemed angry. He then started yelling at us telling us. She needed to get her hands tested because something was wrong and that he couldn’t test her legs because her regular doctor did not order that. I calmly explained that we understood that he could only do what the doctor order we just had confusion of why her PCP did not order her legs to be checked as well. He then yelled I can’t make you do this test if you don’t want to! We both told him we would like the test because it needs to be done he kept asking “Are you sure you want to do this!!!? Are you sure??!” He was so aggressive and angry it was unbelievable. My mother in law told him. I will not be getting this test done and he should not be talking to her this way. She said we will be leaving now. He yelled at my mother in law and told her, “YOU WASTED A LOT OF PEOPLE’S TIME TODAY! YOU WILL NEVER GET HELP AND WHEN YOU COME BACK I WILL NOT TREAT YOU.” She told him, “no sir you wasted my time. It took all the strength I had to get to this appointment today. And I will not be treated this way. We left the hospital immediately. I could not believe that a doctor could talk that way to a person especially with a young child present."
