"I am very disappointed with my experience at this Carbon Health location!! I came here in August 2023, I had a stomach bug and I was at great pain, it was a Sunday so my husband drove me to the nearest open urgent care. After waiting a long time to get checked in, I received zero help. I was told that I needed to go to the ER and have an ultrasound before I could receive any help. I ended up going to the ER where I did receive immediate help, they only did blood work and they confirmed that my case did not require an ultrasound as I was told in Carbon Health. Now a few months later, I am receiving a 160 $ bill for getting absolutely no help!! I sent an email to the billing department and received no response at all, then every time I tried to call it took about an hour of waiting until a customer service agent answered. I also contacted my health insurance to understand what's going on, they said that my contract wouldn't cover the submitted services, which only makes sense cause it was absolutely nothing but telling me to go to the ER. My health insurance provider also called Carbon Health for further investigation and they figured it was the agreement I signed when I checked in to the clinic that imposes I pay the bill according to their terms, all without setting any due payment date or none of that but informing me only a week ahead of the withdrawal date they scheduled. I would like to point out to the importance of reading those agreements before signing anything even though it might be challenging to thoroughly review all the details when sick or in pain. I am responsible enough to pay what I signed for but I do feel scammed and robbed especially that as a clinic I would expect it to be a place where you feel safe to receive help, however according to my experience with Carbon Health it's just all about sending you a bill even when no help or labs or nothing at all was provided."

"In reviewing the many Urgent Care choices I came across this location and based on other recommendations I went ahead and gave them a try. So glad I did! Everyone was nice and easy to talk to. From the receptionist, to the nurses. Would definitely recommend them!"

"After visiting another (unrelated) Urgent Care center whose provider didn’t care enough to spend more than one minute with me, Carbon was a breath of fresh air. They saw me quickly but more importantly the providers that I saw really listened to my symptoms and asked the right questions to figure out what was going on, setting me on the right track to kick my illness that went on for way too long. I would highly recommend this facility for your urgent care needs and I will be returning the next time I need to seek care!"

The young gentleman who was the Med Tech was very kind and so pleasant. The Nurse Practitioner was so knowledgable and kind. So impressed with the care I received. Please compliment them all!
