"Lydia Nganga,NP at Sam Rodgers Euclid Ave is very professional and patiently friendly. The first day I visited the clinic with my brother, she took her time to listen to any concerns we were having and she thoroughly examine us and provided the additional services my brother needed. She was very warm and welcoming. I would recommend her and this location because I had a great experience. My brother is now on the road to recovery and he looks and feels better than before."

"Review is based on an appointment Gregory Nurrenbern, FNP and the Health Center in general. They essentially no call, no showed my appointment when they closed for weather on a day there was no snow or ice on the ground. Drove up to North KC for the appointment (no availability on the Crossroads) only find a sign posted on the door saying they were closed. Considering the contacted me multiple times to confirm the appointment, I do not understand why they couldn’t have contacted me to reschedule. They have still not contacted me so I’m guessing at this point they are expecting me to do it even though they are the ones that cancelled. If patients no call no show there are usually financial penalties, not the case when they do it. I’d recommend finding another provider/doctor."

"This place is an absolute joke. First appointment available is 7 weeks out, so I take it. Then someone calls me to offer me an appointment in a week—I accept, and then get sent a confirmation for the wrong day. I call but no one answers and the voicemail box is full. Finally, I have an appointment at 8:30 this morning. I arrive and the doors are locked with a sign saying “Open @ 10:00.” The parking lot is filling up with other people with appointments. No one called us to advise us of the change. And no one is answering the office phones. I hope you can find a different doctors office, for your sake."

"I have been trying to reach them for months to schedule a dental exam, but they do not return phone calls. I sent them an email asking to schedule and appointment letting them know that I could not reach anyone in their office. Their response was, call again. I wish you all cared about the patients that keep you in business!"

"Whoever is at the front desk at Samuel Rodgers, NEEDS AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT! My mom went in today and it was her first time going in looking for an appointment, she filled out all proper documents and then the young lady then responded with, " Are you going to want to the appointment or not" I'm guessing my mom had questions, which I believe anyone would with it being their first time there. I just want to know what kind of customer service is this? I rarely do this really irritated me to my core."
