"I've been going here for years now. The reception staff is almost always very respectful, and if they are "off" its likely because they are busy. The doctors take time to ask questions and understand. The Nurses (especially Mariam) are very kind and thoughtful. I haven't really had any poor experiences here!"

"I am a new patient and had to schedule my initial 3 appointments. I got all 3 on dates and times that work best for me and my schedule quick and easy with one call."

"Gladys went out of her way today to help me find specific dates that I could be with my dad at this appointments. She was kind, accommodating, and jovial. Unlike ANY one I’ve dealt with on the phone portion of doing this for my dad all these years. The world… and the VA especially need more people like this. Thank you"

"I've been going here for many years. I have no idea who these people are leaving bad reviews. It's EASY... schedule an appointment and tell them what's wrong. They aren't surgeons or specialists FFS. So you give them a bad review because you are either too dumb to know how to schedule something? Or because they can't fix your problem? SEE A SPECIALIST! Not only do they schedule me effectively but they get me in on time too. If you need prescriptions they are free or $5 and sent to your house at no charge. I swear some Veterans make us look bad. Quit complaining and get s*** done. You babies are acting like the VA doesn't care about you but they do. Every year the VA gets more funding and these people come to work to serve you. They do their best and in my opinion they are doing an AMAZING job!!!"

"I've never had any problems making an appointment. When I have any questions I leave a message with the nurse and she always calls me back. Nurse Ruth is the best"
