"Perfect place to go for care by people who care! From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff is polite, courteous, and outstanding! Nurse is phenomenal, and Dr. is tops in bedside manner, knowledge, and compassion. Would highly recommend!! ❤️"

"Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a medical facility. The nurse does not explain to you what she’s doing, just touches you without asking. The doctor will not listen to you. I had to tell her to stop interrupting me. Don’t waste your money here. What a scam. They could not care if you’re ill or in pain. You’re better off getting no care than coming here. Absolute joke. Wasted over a hundred dollars, waited over an hour despite checking in online, and they wouldn’t give me any medication. These type of people tell you what symptoms you have instead of listening. DO NOT COME HERE. EDIT: their response is a joke. I spoke to their manager yesterday and they would not offer me a refund, nor would they order any medication for me. Just told me they “hope I feel better soon.” Yeah no thanks to you all."

"The ladies here were all so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. The only reason for a 4/5 is because of the wait time which has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of care I received. Lisa at the front desk was hilarious and the nurse and doctor both made me feel at ease. Definitely the type of people you want in the medical field, extremely down to earth and kind. Will be returning (not anytime soon though hopefully)."

"Receptionist - friendly, helpful, efficient Note: use the online service to set your appointment time! Relatively easy & simple as they message you when it’s time to leave your house to arrive for an appointment Jessica, the nurse - friendly, thorough, kind, relatable and listened well. She reiterated what I said were my symptoms to ensure good communication. Dr Morgan was also kind, efficient and thorough in her check up of me. She assessed what was going on, gave a diagnosis based on her various observations and ensured that she sent the script to the pharmacy right away as there was a bit of a time crunch. Very positive experience and result! Thank you!"

"I was just at CareNow. All the lady's there are so nice. They listen and they took excellent care of me. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I wanted to add something. Unfortunately right now all medical offices are really very bust. MY OWN doctors office couldn't get me in. They were booked solid but given my situation they knew I needed to b seen asap. There was a short wait between the time I checked in online and the time they contacted me to come it. I am grateful they saw me yesterday. We as patients, provides your not in an emergency situation, need to learn to be more patient with whatever medical office we are going to. People be patient. They are human too. I would rather have to wait a bit and get good, solid care than get right in and be rushed through. That just gives a big risk of not getting the care you need."
