"I've been seeing Dr. Kratt for a few years now and he is a caring, knowledgeable doctor, but his staff is incompetent. As of the last year or so, I don't get calls back when leaving a message for a referral, test results and other concerns. As of this last month I have had a prescription refill request sent to them twice in the last month, now out of the meds, and still no response. Switched to another doctor and now looking to switch primary care to another doctor. Belton Regional is NOT the best choice for a hospital, either."

"Had a $15 dollar bill. Called to pay and was left on an endless hold twice. Third time gave payment information and it was never completed on their end and I was not notified. Not a month later, I get a bill from a debt collector for $15 dollars. Thanks Belton Family Practice."

"I feel they need to listen to their patients about certain things. My husband called to get labwork done no return calls for over 6 months. Showed up for his 9 a.m. appt today and at 9:50 he was still waiting in the lobby. He finally walked out. It was definitely better when we first started there but looking for a new doctor currently."

"My brother has mental heath issues and has struggles getting ready for basic tasks and had an appointment scheduled today with Dr. Bogner. Dr. Bogner refused to see him today saying he was over 15 minutes late when his scheduled appointment was for 11:30a and he checked in at 11:42a. Dr. Bogner proceeded to argue with the receptionist who schedules the appointments who confirmed his appointment was in fact 11:30a. He insulted his team and refused a patient who needed one simple task done so we can continue on his treatment jeopardizing his stability. He wasted more time arguing with the staff and my mother than had he just got him back in the room. This office (the doctors) has no problem making you wait for your appointment but god forbid you show up late. Dr. Bogner has no compassion and has no respect for his team. Will be sharing this story every chance I get. I feel sorry for the ladies at the counter."
