"The doctors and nurses are nice. The billing office is very unprofessional. Called today to ask why they sent me a copay a month after my sons well visit and why they didn’t bill the policy holder. She proceeded to say “that’s your child correct”. This isn’t the first encounter I’ve had with her either."

"Editing my initial review. First, the doctors are great. Five stars there. My problem is with their administration and billing. I took my son to his 18 month checkup this week and was told I couldn't see the doctor until I made a payment on my account. I have not received a bill with a balance, so I said I would not be paying until I had a copy of the bill. They said that I would have to talk to someone in billing then. Mind you, this is in their temporary waiting area (renovations in progress), with other parents around while I am trying to take care of a toddler and a preschooler. The issue is all about a post-birth visit for my toddler that has gone back and forth with insurance. It's not resolved and they were demanding payment. The total owed on our account was less than $700. It was unnecessary, embarrassing and frustrating and not handled well. We have had so many billing problems and it is not worth it. Original review: Their billing department is completely incompetent and have billed the wrong insurance multiple times despite clear instructions. Their patient portal is horrible to use and has so many bugs. That said! We do appreciate the care team and the level of care and time they take to listen to our concerns and help our family."

"I truly couldn't say enough positive things about this incredible practice!! Dr. Linz is our toddler's pediatrician and she is absolutely phenomenal! She's kind, respectful, sympathetic, great with my daughter, and possibly most important of all, receptive to our concerns and ideas as her parents. The nurse practitioners, nurses, and receptionists are also amazing. Everyone is kind, patient, warm, and prompt. We drive almost 30 minutes to go to this practice and tried to switch to somewhere closer to home, but quickly realized that Dr. Linz and Pediatric Associates are worth the drive!!!"

"I once loved this clinic but unfortunately the physician we had made the decision to discontinue our relationship. I was accused of no showing appointments for my children and told there was nothing that could be done since the doctors make the final decision in who can come into the clinic. This really feels like discrimination but packaged up very professionally! Just be aware and observant."

"I've been going to Kelsey Ragsdale for at least 6 years. I recently gave birth to my son and didn't know that insurance didn't cover circumcisions'. I was on maternity leave for some time which but me behind a little financially. My son was sick, they denied him of services due to my balance. I made payment arrangements and they still denied him of services. This has changed my perspective of them but they do provide excellent care and services if you have a zero balance."
