"Been here a couple times, for dental and gyno. Dental folks were professional friendly and efficient. I know they recently moved some folks from another location over (my gyno) and she's great. Little confusing building to navigate, just make sure to give yourself enough time to find your way."

"Do NOT do a walk in. You’re basically just waiting for someone to cancel their apt in order to be taken in. Been here for 5 hours and still haven’t been taken in. I asked an estimate after waiting for 4 hours, she said about an hour wait..STILL WAITING. UPDATE: we ended up leaving because an hour turned into another hour. You’re best off making an appointment!"

"My 3 year old has a cavity and its hard for him to eat so we made him an appointment on June 10th about 1-2 months before and then I called on the day to get the address and double check the appointment time and we were told that the doctor wasn't in. They said they called to let us know but we didn't get any calls. So we rescheduled it for July 17th and they were supposed to send me a reminder text and they didn't so we missed it cuz I thought it was today. Now they can't get him in until the very end of August. The people I talked to on the phone were grumpy and a little rude except for the last guy who told me they have walk-ins. You would think they would have said something before but they didn't."

"KC Care exceeds ever other healthcare experience I've ever had. The staff is friendly and promotes positivity and kindness. Every interaction, across multiple years and at different locations has been pleasant- every time. Think about how rare that statement is in the context of healthcare. I've never detected impatience, nor rudeness, no one is pushing you through a grinding healthcare machine, just good people doing good in our community.
