"I was there in March of 23. There was no one named Rachel working there. Whatever good she had done has been burnt to the ground by new management. These reviews are outdated. They flat out lied to my face about accepting my insurance. By the time my claim was processed and I found out, damage was done. Fighting it now, don't believe a word these people tell you."
