"I had an appt on January 6th with Dr. Fissell. The doctors appeared to be so overbooked and the wait was well over an hour. When I had to leave due to no one showing up in the exam room I was waiting in, a nurse practitioner came in for less than 5 minutes and I was informed that I was considered seen. I was then not only charged for my appt with a doctor I never saw, but it turns out the nurse practitioner billed an additional fee, which I was never informed of except for a letter in the mail from a collection agency!!! This is not ok on any level. The date of “no actual service” was 1/6/23 and I get a collection bill on 2/28/23!! I never even got a bill from this group to begin with! Horrible business practices in my opinion and due to this, I won’t be returning. I’m considering filing a complaint with CMS."
