"Since 2018 I’ve had 5 different PCP’s as of now 2023December I now have another. Never met, but was told after numerous calls a new per is now my pcp. I was also told that a letter was sent out to inform me of whom this new person is. Me having saved all correspondence from them , I’ve yet to find where any letter stated a name. Having a name is a start. Having had a 3rd stroke in 5 years. I wanted to loop this supposed new pcp in the loop before a visit where I’d have to retale each and every one from my situation My confidence level is shaky that this can come to a good end is low. as new scripts are now needed. After numerous calls again. I’m told I’d be called back by Josh but it’s been a week and zilch. Goose egg. It seems I now need to personally take paperwork of findings to the annex so somebody can attempt to help me get scripts done most likely after a work up at the lab with a 10 tube blood draw day. I then maybe able to meet this new pcp . I ask this? Is this just me? You go to the annex or Mai the police presence is so high I don’t feel welcome walking in."

"The womens clinic is awesome! I have received quality care for years from the VA. Dr. Wicks is the best and really listens. They also do X-rays and blood draws here. Great service in a very nice building."

"Thank you VA for looking out for the dads in this world. I've been coming here for years and have had a lot of great help from the majority of the people at this facility. Thanks for what you do for us."

"This was my first visit to this clinic and I was very pleased. The workers there were very nice and very friendly. I received my 1st COVID-19 vaccine and everything went very smooth with very little waiting. The workers mad sure I understood everything and all cov safety standards were being followed. Thank you VA for a great job."

"I was very nervous about the quality of care I would get at the Va since I always hear horrible stories, however the care received at Honor annex and specialty visits at the hospital were very thorough and the staff were always friendly. The kindness I received here will be missed. I hope the next Va is as great as this one. Dr. Brown is a stellar PCM."
