Pacific Medicine Shoppe

"Im not a current patient of this pharmacy and I do live right down the road. So, I called here to ask if they had a back-ordered medication I take in stock and come to find out, they did! BUT! they had just a little bit left that they were saving/prioritizing for their current, regular patients in their system. Hearing that would probably make most people mad but to me that says a lot about this companies ethics and loyalty to their community. The women I spoke to was very polite and apologetic as well. I plan to switch to this pharmacy in the near future and get away from the “Big Chain” company I currently use regularly. I’ll wait until this medication shortage mess gets cleaned up first."

"The Medicine Shoppe in Pacific Mo. Is simply not worth the headache or stress, just pick another pharmacy. I would not trust them to properly handle any prescriptions. They do not follow the code of ethics of the medical field, they have no regurds for customer service and needs a ton of training on telephone edicate. The women there WILL get rude and very disrespectful with you and or your loved ones. Thank me later and I told you so."

"After not being happy with the service from a large chain pharmacy I had been going to for years I decided to switch to The Medicine Shoppe. I had heard nothing but great things about them and they have a close and convenient location for me. So far they have been nothing but fantastic! I literally left my doctor who happens to be across the street from the Pacific location and they had my prescription filled and ready to go for me in that short amount of time it took me to cross the street. Not to mention they have the friendliest staff which is pretty much nonexistent these days. SOOOO happy I made the switch and I’m kicking myself for not doing it sooner."

"Seriously the best group of ladies!!!! Even when I moved an hour away, I still came here for my meds. They really go out of their way to take care of you and save you money, and I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Thanks for always being so amazing–I truly appreciate everyone there!"

"We have loved the Medicine Shoppe since day one but yesterday trumps every reason. I had just came from the urgent care and google said they closed at 7pm. It was 6pm on the dot when I arrived. The pharmacist and Nikki were just exiting the doors as I walked up and realized the hours had changed. They politely asked me what I needed and when they realized I had come from urgent care for an antibiotic they unlocked the doors and opened back up just to get me the things I needed. I even offered to wait until the next morning or ask the doctor to send it to another pharmacy. It was a Friday and I’m sure they were ready to go home. But they insisted and went above and beyond so kindly. I really appreciated that act and wanted everyone to know that the level of customer care is exceptional. Which is why we will always support The Medicine Shoppe in Pacific. Thank you."
