"Got our order wrong. The quarter pounder had no cheese and the hamburger patty was cold and tough. Probably sat under the heat lamp for an hour or more. It took 20 minutes to get our food."
"There wasn't enough staffing. The PLAIN burgers I ordered were not plain. Health and food handling procedures have not been followed. There is no reason for a PLAIN ordered burger to have anything on it or the wrapper, much less cooked onions. This is a regular issue at this location. The number to call and speak with anybody does not get answered, and does not have an option for voicemail. Tried calling after getting back to work with food and didn't have time to go backdue to limited time for lunch. It shouldn't be difficult to make a plain burger, nor should the workers be picking up the patties with their hands while their gloves are covered in onions. I understand things get busy, but if they're not changing gloves and other food is ending up on a plain order they are not cleaning or washing hands often enough for it to be safe. It also shows that regardless of how your order your meal there is no care if it is right or not. If you have common allergens and usually order your food plain do not order from here, they cannot reliably make the orders to how they are supposed to be ordered."
"Food was cold and fries were hard and tasted like they'd been sitting there for over a half hour. I personally will not be returning to this specific location. We ordered 4 meals and 5 kids meals and none of them were very good nor fresh by any means. If you like way over carbonated sodas, old hard fries, stale buns, stiff burgers and noticeably old nuggets then this is the place for you!"
"I got a little sick. Everything was crammed in the smallest bag they had. Couldn't even close it. Buns were smash. Like they flattened it to make everything fit. Fries not full. Nasty looking lettuce. Horrible."
"Terrible service, I didn't get my receipt, and when I asked for one they just said sorry it's not working, and then I ordered a plain Quarter and it had everything on it. From someone who works at a McDonald's in Indiana I know that it's not hard to print out receipts for customers who haven't got one and make the food right."
