"Worst experience of my entire life. I am filing a formal complaint with corporate as well. I was stoping for fuel while on a LONG trip about 1230 am. I prepaid for fuel. The gas price sign is extremely misleading, needless to say read the fine print. I went in to ask for a refund since the gas price was now $0.20 higher. I was rudely informed that "we don't do that", I then asked for the rude lady to get ahold of a manager because I didn't want to pay that much for fuel. I was then told " I AM management. And I don't have anyone number" I then as calmly as possible questioned this lady's training or lack thereof. I was "harassed" by other customers who clearly had some acquaintance to the employee, was threatened by the others and told "we don't give refunds, that's not how we do business!" Now mind you I hadn't pumped my fuel yet. I walked out, pumped my fuel, left and was PULLED OVER BY THE POLICE. That woman had called the cops on me, stating I was argumentive and I was to NEVER set foot in that store again. I was not welcome. I have two words for this woman and they rythme with "DUCK CHEW""

"Rude people, terrible service. I’m a resident here and normally go up the road to Mobil, but I was next door to this place. I will never go back in this business. Poor, poor customer service skills. Walked in, said hello, no reply from lady at counter. Got a fountain soda, went up to counter to pay for my soda, and she and the other gentleman spoke negatively about me buying a soda with a $20. (She shook her head as though to shame me). At this point I told her if it’s a problem, I can go somewhere else to get a soda, to which she boldly replied “ it’s not a problem. Needless to say, they didn’t thank me for coming in, or for my business."

"Avoid this gas station and car wash. Says touchless but it is not. Brand new f-150 straight in and it grinds down my step bar. Machine was already broken but they’d do nothing about it. Absolute joke of a manager. Said it wasn’t broken before then said it was. Not only did I not get my truck washed I now have a broken step bar."
