"Update: Since it has been cold we have been enjoying our AMAZING new wood stove! It heats our house even though our house is very choppy. We are still so happy with the installation and the wonderful team at Ozark Stove and Chimney! We just had our new wood burning stove installed on Thursday July 6, 2023. The installers,Josh and Kevin, were absolutely wonderful! They were professional and kind. They were respectful of closing the door when they came in and out, they cleaned up after themselves, and made sure they kept the stove covered while doing the work so it wouldn't get scratches or dirty, and answered all of my questions. I have never had a wood burning stove before and Josh went over everything we needed to know. Josh and Kevin put it exactly where I wanted it. We truly are blessed to have such a wonderful experience with our install!! I love that Ozark Stove and Chimney sent out emails of my appointment, a reminder of my install, and confirmation. I am really looking forward to the cold coming so we can use it (even though I don't like the cold weather)!"
