"They used to be one of the better dealerships, but they have gone downhill, I have in the past been able to get repairs on some other vehicles as well but have gone away from that, my experience is that I had my transmission go out on a dodge grand caravan, (they have made repairs on it before for me), however, they told me that they couldn't work on the transmission had to have it towed there, when I spoke to them, the lady was very nice and sweet, I asked if it would be a problem for me to leave the van there and they said no, I gave her my information, and asked who in the area worked on dodge caravan transmissions they suggested fulp about a mile away, I was traveling for like 5 weeks, and explained that to the lady on the phone, and wouldn't be able to tow it over there until I get back, she said that is OK. My wife went by to check on it and it was gone, she asked what happened and they said they towed it, (not mad about that completely understandable, but they did say it was fine where it was at and understood the situation) however the lady told my wife I was super rude and fuming mad at her when I never was, I was super grateful for her. Then continued to say that I was a prick and never left my contact info... none of this is true so much so that most if not all the service side knows who I am... so I am completely dumbfounded by this... my 11-year-old son was there with my wife and was like that doesn't sound like my dad, and confronted her, she wasn't so much rude to him but more rude to my wife. - I had nothing but good things to say until today, I am completely lost over the crazy behavior. Not very professional at all. Right now more in shock than anything. I am the owner of that 2016 van, that you have repaired for me when i hit a deer and did absolutely write the above correctly. the fact that your saying its 20 year old van just proved my point. I never once said the wild statement of "I wouldn't have it towed" nor once act belligerent The reply below by Ford is wildly inaccurate. I was actually very thankful and asked if it was OK that I leave it there until I could get it towed again and was told it was fine."
