"Knowledgeable and has the best trout jig available. The "Roaring River Special " is the most consistent lure we have used at RR State Park. Don't go to the River without several and ask him what line to use.....then listen! Oh, you go the afternoon before, because early in the morning he might be standing there beside you catching trout.
