"Just a quick pre-delivery review. I've just ordered a range bag in grey. I didn't think anything of it, just click and it was good. 20 minutes later, I get a phone call (I'm in Canada). This is a call from their customer service angel, who proceeds to tell me that "Unfortunately the grey is out of stock, and won't be in for approx 9 weeks. Would you like another colour?" Pretty well any other company would've cancelled the order, and sent an email about the problem, then re-started from there. Not these guys. Less than an hour after placing my order and they've called me to sort out a hiccup. AMAZING service! If the gear is half as good as your staff, it'll be excellent."
"Have an FS cheat rig, riggers belt, battle belt, EDC belt, couple holsters etc. Just the first buys, many more to come. Well thought out is a massive understatement. The thought that goes into their gear, materials used, functionality etc, all have a user friendly purpose, matter of fact air to them. I've seen a few ppl complain about their prices, believe me, you get what you pay for, and their gear is worth every penny, period. This isn't some label smacked on something cheap made in China, so if $$ is a deciding factor, hold off, save up, & you won't regret it."
