"I paid 88.00 for 1 night for 2 people smoking room and also paid.a.20.00 cash deposit . And checked out was at 11 am on Saturday. And the lady at the front desk took my room key back and NEVER DID SHE GIVE THE CASH DEPOSIT BACK.AR MY CHECKOUT . AND.TODAY I CALLED HER AND ASKED HER WHY SHE DIDNT GIVE MY CASH DEPOSIT BACK TO ME ON SATURDAY AT CHECK OUT . SHE LIED AND.KEPYLT TELLIN ME.SHE GAVE IT BACK AND SHE DIDNT . THAN I ASKED HER IF I COULD COME GET MY CASH DEPOSIT SHE FAILED TO.RETURN ONCE AGAIN SHE TOLD ME.NO!!!SO TO ALL OUT THERE THIS MOTEL IS A RIP OFF THEY WONT GIVE YOUR CASH DEPOSIT BACK.. "Small bathroom and toilet, theres a tissue on the toilet seat, I cleaned it with complimentary soap and the towel, not too bad for a cheap motel, pet friendly too, 10$ per pet"
"I stayed at USA Motel on 10-8-23 and found the lady at check-in to be super nice and helpful, the room was well appointed and clean, parking was convenient and plenty of hot water! Easy access to/from the interstate and food available close by. See you again in April!"
"The rooms are small and not clean. The owner who works the front counter treated us as if we were criminals or something. She was rude and kept watching us as if we were going to do something wrong. At checkout she went and inspected our room and was rude about the fact we left our dirty bath towels lying on the bathroom floor in a pile. The rooms looked as if they hadn't been deep cleaned since the place opened. I would highly recommend you taking the time to drive to Monett and renting a room at the Super 8 motel or the locally owned motel in town. Before I'd stay here again I would rather sleep in my car. The rooms are in badly need of being updated and the staff isn't friendly at all. For the price it isn't worth it."
